Appeal Procedure:
From General Sessions Civil to Circuit Civil Court:
$236.50 Appeal Fee.
Must file Appeal no more than 10 days from judgement of General Sessions Civil Court.
Must have a landowner to sign $500 appeal bond to guarantee you will be in court.
If you can not get a landowner to sign, you can put up a $500 cash bond that stays on hold until after the case is over.
From Circuit Civil Court to the Court of Appeals:
$300 Appeal Bond
Form will be different than the one above.
Remaining steps are same as above.
